In a Decision – D.W. v. M.W. (an "Unreported Decision") >> the Court Held:
The court found that developing character was an important part of Little League baseball, the spirit of camaraderie and good sportsmanship were socially paramount goals and that a parent with Little League Parent Syndrome could impair the interest of his or her own child and other children.
Mother, who had residential custody of the children, sought to prohibit father from attending son’s Little League games due to father’s inappropriate public criticism and disparagement of the coach’s decisions. The court directed that both parents had to follow all league rules concerning parental conduct and were not to harass or demean any child, coach, official, other parent or spectator
