In a Decision – L.K. v. A.K. (an "Unreported Decision") >> the Court Held:
The Appellate Division determined that notwithstanding that the first Court granted Grandparent Visitation, the second Court properly ceased all court-ordered visitation to protect the best interests of the children. The Appellate Division rejected the Grandparents argument that the trial court did not have the “right” to refuse to enforce prior orders and violated the law of the case.
The Appellate Division determined that the trial court properly considered the entire case, including the negative impacts subsequent court-ordered visitation was having on the children, who maintained their unwillingness to visit with Grandparents.
