In a Decision – V.M. v. S.G.,. (an "Unreported Decision") >> the Court Held:
The Appellate Division affirmed the Decision of the Trial Court that barred the Pastor from, among other things, the Church because the Pastor committed acts of nonconsensual sexual contact upon a congregant who was also an employee of the church.
The Appellate court ruled that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in barring defendant from the church, as the predicate act occurred in the church office and many other underlying incidents occurred on church property or during church functions.
