In a Decision – Stine v. Crannell, (an "Unreported Decision") >> the Court Held:
The Appellate Division overturned the Trial Court decision that reduced
because the Appellate division could not discern the basis of the decision of the Trial Judge .
The Trial Judge reduced the child support. Child support was established above the generally expected amount by agreement of the parties subject to reevaluation when Wife moved. Child support was never re-established. Wife retired and sought increased child support based on her reduced income and Husband’s increased income and Husband sought a reduction based upon his overpayment.
