In a Decision – J.S. v. J.M., (an Unpublished Opinion) >> the Court Held:
The Wife who had an affair with her Ex-Husband’s brother did not terminate Alimony where the Wife set forth that she was not cohabitating with her Ex-Husband’s brother. The Appellate Division affirmed the Family Part decision that continued alimony. The Wife denied contributing to her Ex-Husband’s brother's rent or household expenses and explained that she signed the lease as simply a cosign due his bad credit rating and asserted she lived with her mother.
