Particular facts existed such as: evidence from a detective that plaintiff's "boyfriend's" car was at her residence during early mornings and late nights; boyfriend's attorney listed boyfriend's address as plaintiff's address in pleadings in boyfriend's divorce; boyfriend was served a foreclosure complaint at plaintiff's address; plaintiff signed the return of service as his "girlfriend."; and that Plaintiff had obscured her true financial picture, boyfriend was living with her and that she subsidized his expenses.
