The Appellate Division determined that the trial Court’s determination that although most factors did not favor either party, the Father/Husband was more likely to coparent and work cooperatively. Inasmuch as the Wife/Mother was less willing or able to compromise and coparent than Father/Husband, that she tended to make unsupported accusations, that she exposed the child to her anger towards Father/Husband, and that she was consumed by the divorce-related conflict, Father/Husband was granted primary residential custody.
