The Appellate Division determined that the birth of another child to the Payor of child support required financial information from the new other parent to determine the “Other Dependent Deduction”.
The other-dependent deduction is only available when proof of income of the new child's other parent is supplied and "[a] parent must disclose the gross income of the other parent in the alternate family as a condition to the right to claim this deduction.
