The Appellate Division affirmed the Trial Court’s sanctions as not being “wide of the mark” and that there was no clear mistake requiring reversal. Indeed, the Appellate Division determined that the Trial Court’s factual and legal findings were unassailable.
The Trial Court Order required the defendant to pay $3000 of his $15,000 share of the proceeds from the sale of a former marital property as a sanction for his violations of prior orders of the trial court.
