The Appellate Division affirmed the Trial Court finding that whatever unpleasantries that existed between divorced Husband and Wife were marital contratemps and Husband was entitled to enforce his parental rights.
The Appellate Division found that Domestic contretemps do not constitute a change of circumstances to alter parenting time against Husband’s claim for enforcement of parental rights.
