The Appellate Division ruled that the trial court did not abuse its discretion by determining the parties’ marital lifestyle through analysis of their bank records, since those records reflected the family’s expenditures and Husband failed to submit information to evaluate his version of the marital lifestyle and Wife’s Case Information Statement was not correct.
