In a Decision – L.E.B. v. R.T.B. (an "Unreported Decision") >> the Court Held:
The Appellate Division held that the Order vacating the Mother’s therapeutic supervised visitation with her sons did not terminate visitation rights and that visitation would be harmful to the children.
The children recounted past abuse by the mother and stated that they did not trust her and wanted no contact with her. The family court found that forced visitation was not in the best interests of the children.
