The Appellate Division affirmed the Trial Court and determined that previous bad acts combined with going to a store across the street from the ex and following Ex constituted Domestic Violence.
At an October parenting time exchange, boyfriend took child to a shop across the street from ex-girlfriend’s apartment complex. Boyfriend told her he would walk wherever he liked and announced his intention to go to a store next to her apartment building and followed her down the street. Ex-Girlfriend testified to prior acts of domestic violence during the parties' relationship including pulling her hair, spitting in her face, biting her and threatening to bury her.
