In a Decision – B.J.P. v. K.F.W., (an Unpublished Opinion) >> the Court Held:
The Appellate Division affirmed the Family Part decision that found that the motion judge did not abuse her discretion by not providing for Grandparent visitation.
The trial judge interviewed the grandchild for approximately 45 minutes and found her to be competent, intelligent, not under any undue influence and that she clearly stated her preference for no visitation and asserted that her grandmother had a history of manipulating and lying to her.
