In a Decision – J.M. v. M.M., . (an "Unreported Decision") >> the Court Held:
The Appellate Division affirmed the Decision of the Trial Court and determined that Harassment occurred based upon alarming conduct and repeated acts and denied the party the right to be left alone.
The court found that there was sufficient evidence to infer that the defendant engaged in a course of alarming conduct or of repeatedly committing acts with the purpose to alarm or seriously annoy plaintiff. The court also found that the defendant had done what he wanted to do without regard to plaintiff's desire to be left alone.
