The Appellate Division affirmed the Family Part decision that determined that the Parents’ children’s affidavits in the parents’ Divorce litigation attesting that the children did not reside with their mother when they were home from college was "inappropriate. The Appellate Division too determined that found that the dispute about the children's primary residency when not at college created factual issues that required a plenary hearing.
