In a Decision – L.G. v. L.G., (an "Unreported Decision") >> the Court Held:
The Appellate Division affirmed the Trial Court decision to require alimony until Husband reaches the age of 70.
The Appellate Division remarked that Husband is self-employed and could be gainfully employed in his own business for another fourteen years. Defendant did not claim he was physically incapable of working until the age of seventy. The court did not abuse its discretion by requiring defendant to pay plaintiff alimony beyond the date when he is eligible to receive social security retirement benefits.
