The Appellate Division reversed the Trial Court finding of a violation of a Domestic Violence where Defendant used a video security camera in his home to comment to Plaintiff.
Defendant made comments and lewd gestures directed to his estranged wife via a home security camera in defendant's home. The Domestic Violence Order limited Defendant's parenting time to supervised visitation with two adult family members preapproved by defendant's wife; defendant was also required to have his home security cameras on at all times.
The Appellate Division found Defendant could have violated the Domestic Violence Order when Defendant's comments and lewd gestures were directed to his estranged wife via a home security camera in Defendant's home.
