In a Decision – L.E.B. v. R.T.B. (an "Unreported Decision") >> the Court Held:
The Appellate Division held that husband committed the predicate acts of harassment and stalking and concluded the FRO was necessary to protect wife from further acts of domestic violence..
The Appellate Division rejected Husband’s demand for and determined that not only did Defendant harass his Wife and were continuous and done to annoy the Wife (verbal abuse, and the demeaning manner in which he spoke to her, especially in front of young children) and that stalking occurred where Husband followed Wife on a least two occasions. (In one occasion, he ran traffic lights to follow her to the police station and in the other he used a tracking device to monitor her whereabouts. )
