In a Decision – Busch v. Busch., (an Unpublished Opinion) >> the Court Held:
The Appellate Division affirmed the Family Part decision that ordered Wife to pay certain credit card bills that belonged to Wife but yet required Husband to pay that which was listed on the divorce Case Information Statement. The parties signed a Divorce Agreement. Wife stated that she waived her interest in the marital residence to leave the marriage "debt free". The Divorce Agreement failed to itemize the marital debt, creating an ambiguity as to the amount of debt outstanding at the time of divorce. The debt in issue was a ‘Discover’ card in Wife’s name alone and established after separation (but yet was listed in Husband’s Case Information Statement.
